Flashman Games Announces the Acquisition of The Smurfs Game Franchise from Beeline™ Interactive

Flashman Games Announces the Acquisition of The Smurfs Game Franchise from Beeline™ Interactive, Inc. and a Partnership with Bongfish For Game Development

San Francisco, Calif. – November 2, 2016. Flashman Games, announced today that they have entered into an agreement with Beeline Interactive, Inc. to acquire their entire library of mobile games. This acquisition includes The Smurfs’ Village, Smurfs’ Village and the Magical Meadow, Smurfette’s Magic Match, and Smurf Life. Flashman Games has also secured a multiyear license for The Smurfs games from Lafig. Combined The Smurfs mobile games have been thriving for five years, boasting over 84 million downloads across all platforms.

Flashman is partnering with Austrian based game developer Bongfish GmbH to further expand the Smurfs franchise with new and exciting game content for players. Bongfish has successfully worked with top game publishers like Microsoft, Namco-Bandai, and Red Bull Media House, and has collaborated with more than thirty five consumer brands in its games. Flashman’s latest collaboration with Bongfish was the Official Mobile Game of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Rio 2016: Diving Champions.

With this acquisition Flashman plans to continue its growth as a publisher and leverage its successful history of working with iconic brands.
